 MijnCo owner Wil Mijnders was born and raised in rural Oxford County in a family rooted in faith and construction. He started his first job at the age of 12 on a local beef lot and soon embraced his roots, venturing into the world of construction and gaining experience and insight into everything from the foundation up. With over 25 years in the trades, Wil has learned the value of hard work, skill, customer service, and meeting deadlines, all essential to succeeding in the industry. When he wasn’t working, he could often be found tinkering with various machines or working on projects in his workshop.

In the winter of 2025, Wil discovered an opportunity to import Hyrax Aerial Lifts from the Netherlands. He recognized the potential this niche product could bring to the local construction and farming community, helping customers work smarter.

Wil was impressed by the efficiency of the Hyrax, which is compact, lightweight, self-levelling, and capable of handling both soft soil and rough terrain with its tracked undercarriage. He is proud to offer this high-quality, European-engineered equipment through sales and rentals throughout Oxford County and the surrounding areas.
